RECRUITING Quarterly Film Package

Project Scope: PSG will produce a 1 day film package per quarter and deliver (1 long form and 1 short form edit per month. Ethan Lew will direct, produce and film the package.

Crew: One person crew including 1 director / producer and 1 editor

Expenses: Gear Included

Deliverables Breakdown:

(1x) 60-90 second videos per month (3 total)
(1x) 15+ Second Reels/Ad per month (3 total)

Delivery Time:

Long-Form Videos: Delivered 5th of the month and includes one round of revisions from PSIR.
Short-Form Content: Delivered 5th of the month and includes one round of revisions from PSIR.

Production Budget: $1,500 (1 day per quarter)

Post Production Budget: $750 Per Video (3 per quarter)

Total Budget: $3,750 per quarter

- Long-Form Videos: Delivered within 4 weeks, including one round of revisions from PSIR.
- Short-Form Content: Delivered within 1 week, including one round of revisions from PSIR
- (3) 2-3 minute videos
- (3) social media assets per each video
- (12+) 15-30 second IG Reels
- (10+) 30-Second Feature Reels: Neighborhood, listing, or agent-focused reels created from existing assets and optimized for websites, LinkedIn, email signatures, or other platforms. Exports are customized to meet specific format requirements upon request
- (2) 60-Second videos: (1) PSIR brand and (1) relocation and referrals department
We require a 50% deposit upon signing of the production agreement and we bill the pending 50% upon your approval of all assets.
You own all of the footage captured outright in perpetuity. We upload all footage to dropbox and send over a link for your access. We do reserve the right to utilize the footage for our own marketing purposes.
